Rogerio Lima
I'm a full-stack software engineer and have been building products and integrations for more than 8 years. I like to understand the business problem before choosing a solution, and I usually follow an idea from design until it runs in production.
Experience
Sensedia
Senior Software Developer
A development team of AI agents
Solution: Agents acting as coordinator, seniors and mid-levels, each on a separate copy of the code. Every task starts with an interview and ends with the coordinator checking the result, and the team keeps what it learns in a shared memory.
AI code review
Problem: Pull requests sat waiting for a reviewer, each person asked for something different, and basic mistakes took up the reviewers' time.
Solution: A bot reviews every pull request as soon as it opens, following each repository's rules, and the team only handles what needs a human eye.
One system for every portal
Problem: Every client wanted a portal with its own brand and features, and keeping separate code for each one did not scale.
Solution: A single system serves more than 60 portals. Each client has its own version, brand and features, and a new portal is created by automation.

AI search over the documentation
Problem: People looking for an answer in the API documentation could not find it, the content had to exist in several languages, and clients would not send their data to a third-party AI.
Solution: An AI search we host ourselves, which answers from the portal's own documentation and translates the content automatically.
Hosting for the portals
Problem: Dozens of client portals had to stay online, each on its own domain, with up-to-date content.
Solution: A single AWS hosting setup that serves each portal on the client's domain and refreshes content without a new deploy.

Careers portal
Problem: The company had nowhere to post openings, CVs arrived loose by e-mail, and HR could not sort candidates by opening.
Solution: A jobs portal where candidates apply to the right opening and HR screens them in one place.
PQS Saúde app
Problem: During the pandemic, employee health screening was on paper and the infirmary did not learn in time who needed care.
Solution: An app where employees take the health check before entering the plant, and the infirmary sees the result right away.
SGP, a performance management system
Problem: Goals lived in spreadsheets, the annual review was on paper, and nobody followed progress during the year.
Solution: A system to set individual goals, follow progress through the year and run the review.
Digital onboarding
Problem: New hires filled in a paper form, HR typed it all again into the ERP, and documents arrived late.
Solution: New hires get a link and fill in the whole onboarding form, and the data goes straight into the ERP.
Asset management
Problem: Equipment rented under contract was tracked in spreadsheets, nobody knew for sure where each item was, and the monthly bill with the supplier depended on it.
Solution: A system that shows where each item is (building, room and map) and who holds it, with a signed term, plus swaps and repairs. Every month it closes the contract measurement, with a discount for the days an item was down, split by cost centre. I later rewrote it in Next.js.
Qualidados Engenharia
Junior Full-Stack Developer
Asset management, first version
Problem: Rented equipment was tracked on paper and in spreadsheets, nobody knew for sure where each item was, and paying the supplier depended on that count.
Solution: A system that records each item, where it is, swaps and repairs, and produces the contract's monthly report.
Intranet and room booking
Problem: Rooms got double-booked, internal notices got lost, and documents were scattered.
Solution: An intranet with room booking, a notice board and one place for the company's documents.
Load control with a truck scale
Problem: The amount loaded on each truck had to match the amount on the invoice.
Solution: The gatehouse logs the truck and weighs it on the way in and out. If the difference does not match the invoice, the load is held for an internal review.
